I recently switched to Lakeside after trying all 3 Walgreens in town. Walgreens could not stock/order and receive certain monthly meds in time, even with a reminder from me. Lakeside is able to do it with a reminder call. The staff is friendly and personable. they just make you feel like they actually care for their customers. The Pharmacist, Bhasker has gone out of his way to help and greats me by name every time I walk in.

Lakeside specialty pharmacy has been amazing! I tried every pharmacy I could find online between Mooresville and Statesville and NO pharmacy had my prescription except for these guys. They also gave me my prescription at the same price as my old pharmacy. They are completely willing to do a price match, with proof of the price of coirse. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Getting my prescription filled takes about 5 to 10 minutes and at other pharmacies it usually takes 15 to 30 minutes. I will only get my prescriptions filled here from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. I called just 15 minutes before they closed with a compound prescription for a patient in pain, along with a request for an antibiotic. Not only did they answer promptly, but they went above and beyond to get everything filled before closing time. The team was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and professional. You can tell right away—customers here aren’t just a number. They genuinely care and treat each situation with urgency and heart. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Their service is exceptional, and their commitment to patient care truly stands out.

The best people anywhere. They treat you as an individual and you will never hear them say next, next.. You are treated with respect unlike some of the cattle heading places (Walmart, CVS and Walgreens).

The staff is super friendly and so helpful Evan’s went out of his way to make sure I got the best price possible. Offered water and double checked all my information to ensure I got the best customer service possible.

We switched all of our RX to Lakeside Pharm about 2 years ago without any regrets. All of our interactions with the pharmacists and staff have been professional with excellent customer service, knowledge, and personal attention. Truly a great experience trusting them with our medication needs!

The people are always kind and helpful, the hours are always convenient, and they're never out of stock on anything. Even as we've moved farther away, our family still gets all our medicine here. Highly recommend!

Every experience with Lakeside Specialty Pharmacy and the staff has been very pleasant! They are personable and accommodating. I love the ability to message them through their app, and the drive thru option is really great.

After years of using a large chain pharmacy, we decided to switch and are so glad we did! The staff is friendly and welcoming, prescriptions are filled quickly, and wait times are short. Lakeside Specialty has a genuine hometown pharmacy feel with excellent personal service… something that’s hard to find. Highly recommend!
